Meal Applications

Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to families who qualify.  If you need assistance for the 2018-2019 school year, you must wait until after July 9, 2018 to apply.  The below links will be available/active after July 9, 2018.  If your family chooses to apply you have two different options for applying:

Option #1      Online Free & Reduced Meal Application

Option #2      Paper Free & Reduced Meal Application 
Click on the "Meal Application.pdf" to download and print off a paper application. You may also pick up a paper meal application at the SMCSC Administrative Services Center or any school office.

 After you complete an online application or a paper application, you will be notified by mail of your child's status within 10 working days. Until notification is received, you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money.
